42. The Dead-Tossed Waves – Carrie Ryan
43. Ghost Sudoku – Kaye Morgan

Oh, zombies!  I want it to be Spring 2011 already.  Couple things I realized during this book:  apparently it takes place on the west coast (assuming it’s set in America, which I am still assuming).  For some reason, I’d had the impression it was east coast.  Second, zombies in this ‘verse apparently don’t deteriorate over time if they’re in hibernation, so curbing infection rates and waiting for existing zombies to rot will not workFrightening.

Another sudoku mystery down!  I knew I could do it.  And I love ID-ing the killer before the protag does.  It makes me feel good about myself. (Where are the smilies?  I need an eyeroll here.)

As the title says, most of the family went out shopping today.  Got five or six dozen chasiu bao, and a crapload of comedies from a video store.  We love 4 for $20 DVD sales.  Was very tempted to get Ponyo and Only Yesterday for $8 each, but no.  Sigh.  Really should support the domestic release.  So this evening we watched Marry a Rich Man, starring Sammi Cheng.  Fun movie, very fluffy.

On the anime front, I’m currently about halfway through MoonPhase.  Not really all that into it, but I’ll finish watching it anyway.  I may end up putting on the subs and watching it fast forwarded, though.  I’ve finally ordered part 2 of Ghost Hound, but it’s backordered.  Will take a couple of weeks before it ships, and can’t wait to finish off that wacky series.
